P(A)T has taken part in more than 1.500 courses!
The points driving license scheme entered into force in the Spanish State on 1 July 2006. The Points Driving Licence has proved effective in reducing accidents and increase road safety in countries like France, Italy and Germany.
With the new system, driving licence points are lost when specific offenses are committed (www.permisoporpuntos.es). In order to recover 4 points, a driver has to successfully take a course, of 12 hours duration, whose objective is to re-educate the driver and increase road safety awareness. If a driver loses all the driving licence points, his driving licence will be withdrawn, and it will be obligatory to complete a course of 24 hours duration.
  
P(A)T-AP(A)T has signed an agreement with the RACC association, whereby people affected by traffic accidents can give their personal testimonies as part of the course to recover driving licence points.
People who have suffered an accident or lost a loved one in a road accident, will help with their testimonies, to educate the offenders and give them an awareness of road safety, helping their rehabilitation and helping to prevent future accidents.

BARCELONA: Barcelona, Badalona, Granollers, Masnou, Mataró, Hospitalet, Granollers, Igualada, Manresa, Sabadell, Terrassa, Vic, Viladecans, Vilafranca and Vilanova.
GIRONA: Girona, Olot and Ripoll
LLEIDA: Lleida, la Pobla de Segur, Seu d’Urgell and Vielha
TARRAGONA: Tarragona, Reus and Tortosa
