El mindfulness pot ser una eina que, amb un adequat entrenament i const\u00e0ncia, pot generar major claredat mental, millorar la capacitat de concentraci\u00f3, aix\u00ed com la resili\u00e8ncia emocional, que aplicat a la conducci\u00f3 pot ajudar a reduir l&#8217;accidentalitat i per tant salvar vides.<\/p>\n<p>Conduir no \u00e9s un fet a\u00efllat de la vida, condu\u00efm com vivim. Per aix\u00f2 us convidem a portar l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 plena a la conducci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Al llarg dels 9 v\u00eddeos podr\u00e0s aprendre com <strong>aplicar les t\u00e8cniques del mindfulness a la conducci\u00f3<\/strong>.
